Purpose of the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a proactive Customer Support Scheduler to join its Central Operations Planning team. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating field engineers, managing reactive and urgent maintenance requests, and ensuring service delivery meets strict SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule engineers using the Aeromark system based on location, availability, and urgency
- Liaise with stores and field teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage reactive maintenance requests with up to 720-hour windows
- Communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and helpdesk staff
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and pushback with confidence and persuasion
- Maintain accurate records and support operational continuity
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in scheduling or planning (any industry)
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and confidence in high-pressure situations
