Concentrix is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join its Primark team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Belfast office and three days remote. Role Overview: As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll handle customer inquiries via social media and email, addressing issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and order modifications. You’ll represent the Primark brand with empathy, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer queries via social media and email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product availability
- Process order modifications and cancellations
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service targets
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies
- Fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Fully flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
- Minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a distraction-free home workspace
- Clean record with no credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues
