Role Overview
The New Business Representative will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries, providing accurate information about the Society’s products and services. The role involves handling enquiries, issuing documentation, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and intermediary enquiries via phone (inbound/outbound)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
