Overview
Allianz Partners is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Advisor to join its Sales and Service team. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Birmingham‑based)
- Salary: £23,608.44 per annum
- Bonus: £2,045 performance‑based
- Contract Type: Full‑Time
- Start Date: 17 November
- Hours: 35 hours/week
- Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm
- Sunday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
- Includes 1 in 5 weekends and bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide solutions and advice on policy upgrades
- Conduct medical screenings when required
- Maintain accurate policy records and notes
- Ensure timely follow‑up and customer communication

- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A–C)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm and empathetic under pressure
