Role Overview
As a Customer Hub Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries with empathy and professionalism. You’ll support services related to housing, repairs, rent, and anti-social behaviour, while helping to shape a responsive and inclusive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer enquiries at first contact with outstanding service
