The British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its fashion retail team in Beckenham. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead in-store operations, support volunteers, and contribute to life-saving research through retail excellence.

Role Overview

You’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations and take full responsibility in their absence. The role involves leading staff and volunteers, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service
• Achieve sales targets and campaign goals
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Maximise sales through in-store and digital channels
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers
• Generate stock and manage donations
• Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence
