Job Summary
Health Care Assistants will deliver high-quality personal care, support daily living tasks, and promote independence and dignity. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills, with flexible working options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care tailored to individual needs
- Support with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and safe movement within the home
- Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans
- Carry out light household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
