Flourish (Gloucestershire) Ltd is seeking a qualified Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our passionate team in Cheltenham. Working in a 3-bed children’s home, you will support young people aged 5–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and learning disabilities (LD). This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same — expect challenges, fun, and the ultimate reward of seeing children and young people grow, develop, and flourish.
The position offers a competitive salary, overtime opportunities, ongoing training, and strong support from our clinical psychologist. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent) and a full UK manual driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, stability, and fun for children aged 5–18

- Drive company cars to support children’s needs (full UK licence required)
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential care or working with challenging behaviours
