About the Role

Caring Homes Group is looking for empathetic and dedicated Care Assistants to join its outstanding care team in Wiltshire. Whether you have previous experience in the care sector or are new to care, this is an opportunity to work in a supportive, professional, and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care while maintaining residents\’ dignity and independence
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care
• Promote wellbeing and comfort through individualised care plans
• Support daily activities, companionship, and emotional care
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional care experience, with at least 1 year in the UK (Care Home or Domiciliary setting)
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the Care Home
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
