Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to four SMT members, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, and organisation. The role also supports the Foundation event space at the Bristol office and occasionally assists the CEO’s EA and Corporate Secretary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SMT calendars, including booking internal/external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Provide inbox management support (flagging/deleting emails)
- Organise travel bookings and logistics for SMT and visiting colleagues
- Process expenses and credit card statements
- Coordinate bi‑annual team away days for SMT departments
- Support Foundation events (monitor inbox, liaise with stakeholders, greet organisers)
- Provide administrative support to CEO’s EA and Corporate Secretary team when required
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and governance standards
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Previous experience as a secretary or personal assistant supporting multiple senior managers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and strict deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable
- Experience supporting event management or corporate functions
