Job Summary

Community Care Assistants provide personal care, companionship, and home help to senior adults, enabling them to remain independent in their own homes. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with guaranteed contracted hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and administer medication
• Assist with daily living tasks and home help activities
• Prepare meals and monitor client diets
• Offer companionship and build respectful, professional relationships
• Support clients with appointments and daily routines
• Ensure clients maintain independence in their own homes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of care experience (domiciliary, care home, or hospital)
• Must already be in the UK and on sponsorship
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle beneficial
