Northern is hiring a full-time Absence Admin Support professional to join its Newcastle team. This role is ideal for someone with HR administration experience who thrives on organization, accuracy, and communication. You’ll support managers in handling sickness absence fairly and consistently, helping maintain strong teams and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
- Support managers with all aspects of sickness absence, including note‑taking at meetings
- Schedule meetings and prepare documentation in line with policy
- Analyze absence trends and provide data insights to improve wellbeing and performance
- Assist with the alternative duties process and maintain accurate records

Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in HR administration or absence management
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
