- Salary: £29,215 base + annual performance bonus
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Weekdays: 7am–3pm & 11am–7pm (2-week rotation)
- Weekends: 7am–3pm & 11am–7pm (one weekend day every 2 weeks on an 8-week rotation)
- Location: Remote (UK-based)

- Role Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls professionally and promptly
- Log incident details accurately and completely
- Identify customer needs and manage expectations across various industries
- Resolve incidents or escale to appropriate resolution teams
- Communicate complex updates in simple, clear terms
- Coordinate multi-team responses for incidents involving Vodafone fixed line products
- Own and drive incident resolution, invoking escalation when necessary
