Crystal Care Collection is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants to join the team at Kinglea Court, Chingford, opening in February 2026. This role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, mentor junior staff, and deliver the highest standards of care in a luxury residential setting.

Job Summary: Senior Care Assistants will manage and administer medication, review and update care plans, and mentor less experienced staff. The role requires leadership, compassion, and attention to detail to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support in line with individual care plans
- Act as a key worker for named residents
- Administer medication and monitor residents’ health and well-being
- Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding residents’ needs
- Maintain accurate records and report changes in condition
- Respect confidentiality and safeguard residents’ personal information
- Assist with household tasks, room tidying, and meal service
- Lead by example and mentor junior staff
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)
- Experience in care, ideally with dementia care knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driving licence (preferred)
- Ability to work on a 3-on/3-off rota pattern
- Friendly, hard-working, and professional approach
