Role Overview
Support Workers will provide care and assistance to clients with varying needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and live independently. The role requires prior care experience and a compassionate, reliable approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support in clients’ homes and community settings
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Support clients with daily living activities
- Work flexibly to meet client needs
- Maintain professional standards in line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Female applicants only (due to client requirements)
- Previous care experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and outgoing personality
Desirable
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
