Salary: £24,500 per annum + average monthly bonus of £400–£600

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: 7-day rota, 2 out of every 5 weekends, shifts planned 4–6 weeks in advance (latest shift ends by 8:00 PM)

Role Overview: You’ll join one of five inbound customer service and sales teams, assisting callers with appliance insurance, repairs, and account queries. While calls are inbound, you’ll be expected to guide conversations, identify sales opportunities, and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to appliance insurance and repairs
  • Register new appliances and offer extended protection plans
  • Assist with account queries and recommend additional cover
  • Support Sky Protect policyholders and brand-specific queries (e.g., Beko)
  • Maintain compliance and deliver empathetic, structured service
  • Participate in daily team huddles, 1:1 coaching, and ongoing training

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ months experience in customer service or sales (phone-based or targeted role preferred)
  • Confidence working to KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Right to work in the UK and based outside the London M25 area
  • Quiet home workspace and reliable broadband
  • Experience in outbound sales or contact centre environments
  • Familiarity with appliance insurance or financial services
