As a Project Manager at Brit Green Energy, you will
- Plan and oversee renewable energy and energy efficiency installation projects across multiple sites and regions.
- Coordinate surveyors, installation teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Develop detailed project schedules, establish milestones, and monitor progress against objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost forecasts and variance reports.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards, including MCS, Trust Mark, and government scheme requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and progress.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, compliance, operations, and customer service teams.
- Prepare project status reports and performance updates for senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the continuous enhancement of project management processes, systems, and best practices.
- Candidate Requirements
- Required
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
