Registered Manager to oversee a care home registered for individuals aged 16 and over. This full‑time role offers £30,269–£38,000 per year, with sponsorship available for suitable candidates.
The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver high‑quality assisted living and nursing care, specialising in dementia and Alzheimer’s support.
You will ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, maintain excellent service delivery, and foster a safe, supportive environment for residents.
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Oversee safe medication administration processes.
- Supervise and support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
- Monitor quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
- Maintain effective communication with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Ensure resident safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Candidate Requirements
- Proven management experience within a care home or senior care environment.
- Extensive knowledge of assisted living, nursing home operations, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care.

- Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience in a regulated care environment.
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures.
