Key Responsibilities
- Office and Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the operations team
- Maintain organised records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders)
- Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination
- Property Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs
