Job Summary: Home Care Assistants will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their own homes. The role requires a caring nature, reliability, and a valid UK driving licence, with full training provided for those new to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
- Support with meals, drinks, and nutrition
- Help with mobility and independence
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Carry out light domestic duties and errands (shopping, prescriptions)
- Ensure clients can live independently in the comfort of their own homes
Candidate Requirements:
- Female applicants only (due to client preferences)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
- Care Certificate (preferred; training provided if not held)
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
- Kind, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care
- GCSE or equivalent education (preferred)
