Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights) with alternate weekends off

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, medication, meal prep, light domestic support)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Maintain professional standards and comply with SSSC registration requirements
- Work flexibly and assist with extra hours when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care or a related role (preferred)
- UK Driving Licence and access to a car (required)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Compassion, patience, and respect for others
- Right to work in the UK (role subject to PVG check)
- Willingness to work towards SVQ2 qualification
