Role Overview
- You will provide personalized care to clients, supervise junior staff, and ensure care plans are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care in line with individual care plans
- Supervise and support junior staff, fostering teamwork
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and medication management
- Maintain accurate care records and update plans as needed
- Support emotional wellbeing through companionship and activities
- Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety protocols
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Contribute to staff training and mentoring programmes
- Use IT systems to document care and manage records efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care or supervisory roles within domiciliary care
