Esteemed Life Care is seeking experienced Care Workers who are already in the UK and looking to switch their Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. This is a full-time permanent role offering competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

Role Overview
As a Care Worker, you will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning, meal preparation)
- Accompany clients to activities or appointments
- Ensure safety and wellbeing through respectful, reliable care
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience
- Full UK driving licence or valid international licence (minimum 1 year remaining)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
- Availability to work weekends
- Basic cooking skills
- Experience supporting clients with mobility challenges
