SAANNIE Medical Services is seeking an experienced Female Domiciliary Care Assistant to join its team in Chester and surrounding areas. This full‑time role offers £13 per hour plus travel expenses, with visa sponsorship available after successfully completing a three‑month probation period. The ideal candidate must already be living in Chester or nearby locations, as applications from outside the area will not be considered.

You will play a vital role in helping people live independently in their own homes, providing daily visits or live‑in care:

  • Assist or supervise clients with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and support clients with eating and drinking.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately.
  • Carry out domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and household tasks.
  • Transport clients to medical appointments and assist with errands.
  • Monitor client health conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Record and report client progress and concerns to the Home Care Manager.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be living in Chester or surrounding areas.
  • Valid visa for at least 3 months (sponsorship available after probation).
  • Experience in domiciliary care.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Caring, empathetic nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
