Divine Health Services Limited is recruiting compassionate Care Workers / Support Workers to join its domestic care team in Aberdeenshire. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting vulnerable people within their homes while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care support including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist clients with mobility and safe movement around the home
  • Support individuals with meal preparation and hydration needs
  • Prompt or assist clients with medication in line with care plans
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing
  • Help clients attend appointments and access community activities when required
  • Maintain accurate care records and update reports using basic IT systems
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately
  • Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals

Required Skills & Qualifications
