Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored health advice and ensure patients leave feeling informed and confident
- Manage safe supply of medicines, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collection of prescriptions
- Adhere to legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on practice
- Engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items
- Deliver efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services
- Current or previous experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser
- Medicines Counter Assistant qualification (or willingness to complete within 6 months)
