Care Angels is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care in Batley, West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
- Supervise and manage care staff, ensuring high standards of care

Candidate Requirements
- Proven management experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Strong background in senior care, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care
- Supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and professionals
- Valid driving licence
- Nursing qualifications or equivalent healthcare experience
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
