About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Assistant Company Secretary will play a pivotal role in supporting board operations, maintaining statutory compliance, and managing corporate governance across group entities. Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange meeting agendas and materials for Board and Committee sessions
  • Attend meetings and take accurate, professional minutes
  • Draft and maintain minutes for group companies
  • Coordinate with notaries and legal representatives as needed
  • File statutory documents including annual reports, financial statements, and confirmation statements with Companies House
  • Monitor compliance for non-UK subsidiaries and ensure timely local filings
