Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app on a mission to build a better future for female health. We’re looking for a Creative Producer focused on UGC video for TikTok and Snapchat within the Social Growth team. This role sits at the core of our content engine, responsible for producing and scaling high-performing video assets across organic and paid UA.
This is a production-first role. You will own the full creative cycle end to end: from hypotheses and scripting to testing, iteration, and scaling. Working closely with creators, editors, and UA, you’ll ensure a constant flow of assets that drive installs. Your focus is turning insights into high-volume production, rigorously testing creatives, and scaling winning concepts through structured iteration. The goal is to build a repeatable system that consistently produces top-performing creatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and prioritising creative concepts based on performance signals and market insights
- Translating insights into scripts and creative briefs
- Leading UGC video production across creators, influencers, and editors to deliver consistent output
- Partnering with UA to test creatives and evaluate performance
- Identifying winning concepts and scaling them through structured iteration
- Continuously improving creative output based on results and platform dynamics
Your experience must include:
- 2+ years in UGC production or performance creative
- Strong experience with TikTok and short-form video production
- Solid understanding of creative testing and iteration at scale
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC pipelines
- Ability to produce high volumes of content without compromising quality
- Ability to translate insights into scripts and clear creative briefs
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate at speed and scale output
- Fluent English with proven experience creating content for US audiences
- Experience managing creative production resources, including budgeting and allocation
- Experience working collaboratively with motion designers and video editors
What success looks like:
- Consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC video assets delivered at speed and volume
- Clear system for testing and iterating creatives, with fast turnaround cycles
- Regular identification and scaling of winning concepts across TikTok and Snapchat
- Increased contribution of UGC creatives to paid UA performance
- Measurable improvements in key metrics such as CPI and ROAS driven by creative output
We’re a mission‑led, product‑driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar. You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough.
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
- Competitive salary and annual reviews
- Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
- Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
- Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same‑sex and adoptive parents
- Accelerated professional growth through world‑changing work and learning support
- In‑person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
- 5‑week fully paid sabbatical at 5‑year Floversary
- Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities.
