Applications are invited for a permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) fitness instructor post working in Canolfan Brailsford. To support the successful and expanding Sports service at Bangor University, we are seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual to join the fitness team to deliver a safe and customer-focused service at Canolfan Brailsford and St Marys student village.
Holding a recognised Level 2 Gym qualification, the post holder will support the fitness programme and also support the existing instructor team during large events, open days and busy periods. All sports facilities at Canolfan Brailsford are available to the local community as well as students and staff of the University.
The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and drive for sport and physical activity is essential and experience of delivering exercise classes would be advantageous. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure.
