School of Coding is seeking a dedicated Student Support Advisor to join the Student Support team, starting January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them navigate day-to-day issues and access appropriate support services to remain engaged with their studies.
You will build strong relationships, monitor engagement, and work with colleagues to improve wellbeing and retention while ensuring records are kept confidential and accurate.
