About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day to day marketing function at School of Coding & AI. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real ownership. You will manage a team of seven, including a Junior Marketing Manager, a Graphic Designer and five Marketing Associates based in India, making sure work is planned properly, delivered to a high standard and aligned to our wider growth plans. You will lead campaign planning, content quality, brand consistency, digital marketing activity and team performance. The role would suit someone who enjoys setting direction, bringing structure to a team and staying close enough to the work to improve output. We need someone who can lead campaigns, manage people, review performance and help strengthen how we attract, engage and convert future students and wider audiences.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a marketing team of seven, including a Junior Marketing Manager, a Graphic Designer and five Marketing Associates based in India.
  • Set clear priorities, deadlines and standards across the team.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, open days and student recruitment activity.
  • Review and improve content, copy, campaign messaging, adverts, landing pages and social media output.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, content schedules and approval processes.
  • Track campaign performance, enquiry sources, conversion rates, engagement and return on investment.
  • Use data to improve marketing activity and make clear recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Work with senior leaders, academic teams, recruitment/admissions and wider departments to understand priorities and turn them into clear marketing actions.
  • Bring structure, accountability and commercial focus to the marketing function.
  • Support the development of clear processes so the team can work efficiently across locations.
  • Keep marketing activity focused on student attraction, brand awareness and business growth.
