About the role
This is a hands on, end of day cleaning role focused on keeping our office areas, toilets, and shared spaces to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, and kitchen or break areas
- Clean office areas, corridors, and communal spaces
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Refill consumables (toilet roll, soap, paper towels) where required
- Spot clean high touch points (door handles, switches, desks where applicable)
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as set out in the Cleaning Staff SOP across designated campus locations
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or low stock to the relevant team
Requirements
Essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing a thorough job
- Comfortable following a cleaning checklist and SOP
- Basic understanding of safe cleaning practices (including using cleaning products correctly)
Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience in an office, school, or commercial setting
