About The Role

We are seeking a confident, professional Receptionist to deliver a welcoming, efficient and well organised front of house services.

You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, callers and internal colleagues, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent customer care and smooth operational support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide a warm, professional and efficient reception experience, ensuring all visitors and callers feel welcomed and supported.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, handling all interactions promptly, courteously and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the reception area, processes and systems to ensure they run smoothly, safely and in line with organisational expectations.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, signpost accurately, and ensure information is recorded, passed on or escalated appropriately.
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks that support the wider organisation, including documentation, bookings, scheduling and coordination tasks.
  • Support internal teams by ensuring messages, enquiries and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to unexpected situations calmly and proactively, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Ensure reception practices meet organisational policies, safeguarding expectations, confidentiality requirements and health and safety standards.
