Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role for an Experienced Internal Recruiter located in Birmingham. The Internal Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join our dynamic degree lecturing, teaching, administrative, student support and other core functional teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting job descriptions
  • Managing job postings
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Developing strategies to attract top talent
  • Building relationships with hiring managers
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

Qualifications

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in crafting job descriptions and managing job postings
  • Ability to coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, or related software
  • Experience with employer branding and building recruitment pipelines is a plus
  • Keen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £30-35k Dependent on experience
