Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role for an Experienced Internal Recruiter located in Birmingham. The Internal Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join our dynamic degree lecturing, teaching, administrative, student support and other core functional teams. Responsibilities include:
- Crafting job descriptions
- Managing job postings
- Coordinating interviews
- Developing strategies to attract top talent
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in crafting job descriptions and managing job postings
- Ability to coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, or related software
- Experience with employer branding and building recruitment pipelines is a plus
- Keen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £30-35k Dependent on experience
