Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Wolverhampton. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with executive-level tasks, and ensuring efficient communication across the organisation. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining records
- Supporting candidates
- Coordinating HR processes
- Supporting customer service inquiries
- Performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, HR software) is advantageous
