About The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Content & Marketing Manager to lead the day‑to‑day marketing activity for Interviewa.

This is a key role for someone who can plan campaigns, create content, manage social media, grow brand awareness and support user growth, lead generation and sales conversations.

The right person will be confident creating content across Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

You should understand how to create short‑form video, edit clips, write strong captions, plan campaigns and turn product updates into clear, engaging marketing content.

This is a practical, hands‑on role.

You will be expected to create, publish, measure and improve content directly, while also working with external editing partners where larger projects require additional support.

You will work closely with the founders and product team to bring Interviewa's platform, customer stories, product updates and market insights to life across social media, campaigns and wider marketing activity.

  • Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and manage Interviewa's marketing activity across recruitment, education, admissions, coaching and job‑readiness
  • Create campaigns that attract new users, generate leads, build brand awareness and support commercial growth
  • Work closely with the founders and product team to turn new features, demos, client wins, user stories and platform updates into strong marketing content
  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars across key social media channels
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences, including job seekers, recruiters, employers, colleges, universities, training providers and admissions teams
  • Review performance regularly and use insight to improve future campaigns
  • Social Media & Content Creation
  • Create and manage content for Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Film, edit and publish short‑form video content
  • Create posts, graphics, reels, stories, carousels and simple promotional assets
  • Turn product demos, founder videos, customer stories, candidate feedback and recruitment insights into engaging content
  • Help develop and maintain the Interviewa tone of voice across all public channels
  • Keep up to date with relevant trends, formats and platform changes, applying them where they make sense for the brand
  • Build a consistent flow of content that helps people understand what Interviewa does, why it matters and how it can help them

  • Create marketing campaigns to drive sign‑ups for Interviewa's training platform, recruiter tools, admissions solutions and wider AI services
  • Support email marketing, landing page content, paid social ideas and lead generation campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to create content that supports conversations with recruiters, employers, colleges, universities and training providers
  • Test different messages, hooks, videos, offers and calls to action to understand what converts
  • Explain the problem Interviewa solves in a simple, clear and compelling way
  • Use marketing activity to support brand visibility, user growth, lead generation and sales conversations
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance across social media, email, landing pages and lead generation activity
  • Report on key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, sign‑ups, conversion, cost per lead and campaign performance
  • Use data to improve content, messaging, targeting and campaign planning
  • Test different formats, platforms and calls to action to understand what drives results
  • Share clear recommendations with the founders on what is working, what is not working and where marketing activity should focus next
  • Brand Awareness
  • Help position Interviewa as a leading AI‑first interview, recruitment, admissions and coaching platform
  • Build visibility with job seekers, recruiters, employers, colleges, universities and training providers
  • Create educational content around interviews, recruitment, AI screening, candidate confidence, admissions, employability and job‑readiness
  • Help tell real stories about people getting seen and heard beyond their CV
  • Support the development of founder‑led content, product‑led content and customer‑led storytelling

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, growth marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and short‑form video content
  • Good videography and video editing skills
  • Ability to create good‑quality content quickly, test ideas and improve based on performance
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, emails, landing pages and campaign messaging
  • Confidence using tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, Figma or similar content creation platforms
  • Experience planning and running marketing campaigns
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, including job seekers, recruiters, employers, colleges, universities and training providers
  • Comfortable working in a startup, scale‑up or fast‑paced business environment
  • Able to work independently, bring ideas and execute without needing constant direction
  • Commercial mindset and a clear understanding that marketing should drive awareness, leads, sign‑ups, sales conversations and revenue

Desirable

  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, education, training, Saa S, AI, admissions or career coaching
  • Experience with paid social campaigns
  • Experience using analytics to improve campaign performance Experience creating founder‑led content or product demo content
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Experience working with external editors, freelancers, designers or marketing partners
