Start Date: Monday 16 February 2026 (or by negotiation). Permanent, Part-time position, Term-time only, (Monday 8.00am–12.00pm; Tuesday to Friday 10.00am–2.00pm). We are seeking a highly organised, proactive person to join our team at Ōrua Paeroa Campus, supporting Avonside Girls’ High School and Shirley Boys’ High School. This part-time role (20 hours per week, term time only) plays a crucial part in coordinating bookings, supporting events, and delivering quality reprographics services across the campus.
Responsibilities
- Manage shared space bookings
- Support event planning
- Maintain reprographics services and supplies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to efficient shared services operations
