This vacancy provides an excellent career opportunity for the right person to provide inspirational leadership to a talented and well-established team of staff. The successful candidate will develop and lead the implementation of systems and procedures to support the smooth operation and continuous development of the Chemistry curriculum. Through strong leadership, you will secure the commitment of others to the vision, ethos, direction, and policies of the school and promote high levels of achievement in the department. The successful candidate will have an ability to teach Chemistry across Key stages 3, 4, and 5.
