About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Early Years Education Partner to join our team and contribute to the advancement of high-quality early years provision. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with early years settings to provide expert guidance, facilitate professional development, and support the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum. You will play a key role in strengthening leadership, improving learning outcomes, and contributing to workforce development through strategic support and sector engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about driving improvement and innovation across the sector.
Early Years Education Partners deliver a range of services including:
- Offering relevant advice, training and support that is current, continuously improving and will meet the needs of the sector.
- Providing opportunities for practitioners to develop knowledge and skills to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum in preparation for readiness to access the national curriculum.
- Offering opportunities to strengthen leadership for learning within the early years sector to support recruitment, retention and the level of qualification across the workforce.
- Supporting and enable settings to improve and maintain good and outstanding learning provision.
- Supporting the growth of SILs national customer base and creation of partnerships.
This post is fixed term in the first instance from (1st September 2025 to 31st March 2026)
