About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Assistant Head of Mathematics with TLR Responsibility to join our highly successful Mathematics Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced middle leader looking to further develop their leadership skills within a supportive and forward-thinking school.
Role
- To ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/form tutor
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment
- To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for Mathematics and a proven commitment to raising standards.
