About the Role
We are seeking to recruit an outstanding 1-1 Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about education, resilient in their goal of continued self -improvement and who fosters a love of learning in children .The successful candidate must have the desire to work in a fully inclusive school and share our vision of making a difference to the lives and futures of our pupils. We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and all staff are committed to following our safeguarding policies and practices. The hours are 8.45-3.15 with half an hour unpaid lunch + one staff meeting per week until 4.30pm. 31 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) = 77.5% FTE
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service. The person appointed will be committed and have high expectations and a professional regard for the values and ethos of the school.
