  • An Early Career Teacher ECT with QTS (or QTS pending)
  • Able to demonstrate recent classroom experience and a sound knowledge of the current national curriculum?
  • Skilled at simplifying the complicated, so that young learners can understand and progress in their learning
  • Keen to ensure children enjoy their learning and have fun
  • Able to plan and deliver interesting and inspiring lessons that keep young inquisitive minds engaged, whatever their ability

Working in different locations, schools, and year groups can really help to build your confidence and practical classroom skills.

This can help you to prepare for future permanent roles.

It may even change your view about which type of school and/or Key Stage you would like to teach in.

A desire to teach in Early Years EYFS, could be replaced by a passion for teaching the older pupils in Key Stage 2. That is the beauty of supply work!
