Early Years Teaching Assistants are essential in encouraging Nursery and Reception aged pupils to explore learning through play.
They help them to develop listening, speaking and understanding skills through daily conversations, stories and songs.
Role-play also helps the development of gross and fine motor skills to aid movement and hand-eye coordination.
As a smaller, independent supply teaching specialist, we offer a refreshing change to the larger, national supply teaching organisations.
We are also, REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) members and supply teaching experts.
