We are seeking a Head of Behaviour and Attitudes to join our team, working alongside the Deputy Principal to organise, manage, and develop the school with a focus on behaviour across all key stages. The role involves maintaining an effective whole-school Behaviour for Learning and Safety culture, including the creation, analysis, and reporting of behaviour strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • QTS Status
  • Good honours degree
  • Experience in a senior school role, line management, and SEN
  • Experience working in a SEND environment or with SEND students with SEMH needs (advantageous)
