About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to:
- Retain and grow client relationships.
- Spot new opportunities in the education sector.
- Showcase and sell our cutting-edge software and services.
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent SBS.
You\’ll enjoy the flexibility of home working, with travel to London and client sites when needed.
About You
You\’re a people person-confident, calm, and resilient. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and excel at building long-term relationships. Ideally, you bring:
- Experience in account management or consultative sales.
- A knack for hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets.
- Understanding of the education/school finance sector or a hunger to learn quickly.
- A proactive approach to business development and client retention.

- Salary: £28-30k + uncapped commission (your ambition sets the limit!).
