About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the Essex area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
• Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
• Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures.

About You:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
• Ability to work productively and build relationships with internal business users and external vendors.
• Some prior experience in a similar Finance role supporting clients will be advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
