About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the Essex area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!
- Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
- Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
- Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
- Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures - or even physical disruptions like floods.
Work-Life Balance: This role is offered on a Full-Time, Part-Time (4 days per week) or Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year) basis. Providing a unique opportunity to balance your professional life with personal commitments - perfect for candidates who value flexibility.

- Some prior experience in a similar Finance role supporting clients will be advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
Our Benefits: This role has an annual salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata if taken on a part-time or term-time only basis).
