What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated nursing responses
  • Assess content for:
    • Clinical accuracy
    • Completeness
    • Correctness
    • Educational usefulness
    • Patient safety
    • Evidence-based practice
    • Overall quality and clarity
  • Provide professional feedback to improve AI-generated educational content.

Essential Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC (UK) registration in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in either:
    • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or
    • Emergency Department (ED/A&E)
  • Strong clinical judgement and evidence-based nursing practice
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills
  • Comfortable reviewing clinical scenarios and educational content independently in a remote environment

Highly Desirable

  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Teaching, lecturing, clinical education or preceptorship experience
