Scholastic has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Assistant to join our Schools Inventory team.
Scholastic is the world’s largest publisher and distributer of children’s books and is home to best-selling authors and illustrators such as Suzanne Collins, Liz Pichon, Julia Donaldson, Axel Scheffler, and Phillip Pullman; as well as market leading brands including Dog Man and Horrible Histories.
You will support the Schools Inventory team with all necessary administration tasks to ensure that stock arrives in a timely manner and books are available for sale when live on the online shop.
You will be the first point of contact for customer services with any stock-related queries which arise and liaising with external suppliers as required, ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times. You will also produce and distribute daily reports to key stakeholders within the business.
With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have experience of using Microsoft Office tools whilst experience of AS400 and NetSuite systems would also be advantageous.
